Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that order processing time is separate from transit time.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Our estimated shipping transit time is:

5–8 business days

This estimate begins after your order has been processed and dispatched.

The overall estimated fulfillment and delivery period is generally 6–10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We currently focus on serving customers within the United States. Available shipping destinations and any applicable restrictions will be displayed during checkout.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the carrier to update its tracking system after receiving the shipment.

Although we work to meet the stated delivery estimates, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to:

For damaged furniture, please provide photographs of the product and packaging where possible.
